Beach season is upon us, and before you know it, you’ll be unpacking that bikini from your summer wardrobe and will be dying to show off what months of Herbal Phentermine have done to your waistline!

Follow these simple tips to get that hot bod of your beach ready and fit for some fun in the sun!
- Single-leg thigh and butt squat – This move will rock your thighs and butt; here’s what you do: Stand about two feet in front of a chair—you’ll want to be facing AWAY from the chair. Place your hands on your hips and the top of your right foot on the edge of your chair. Squat down until your right knee is 5-6 inches off the floor. Stand back up and then repeat 15 times. Switch legs, do 15 reps, and then repeat for both legs. You should also feel some shoulder strengthening during this exercise, especially if you choose to hold a dumbbell in your left hand as your right foot is on the seat. Raise the dumbbell to the height of your shoulders as you squat.
- Front leg lifts – Here’s an ab workout to diet for; here’s what you do: Lie flat with your back on the floor. Your legs should be held close together and your arms should be by your sides with palms facing down. Lift your legs straight up into the air until they create a right angle with your body on the floor. Slowly lower your legs to the ground—but not all the way! They should hover about 6 inches over the ground, hold for about two second, and then repeat 30-40 times.
- Other simple moves you can try include regular crunches, weight training, and cardiovascular exercise! And of course—make sure you eat healthfully and drink lots of water!
